Hey There! =D

Alrighty, so I just had to say hello. =]

My name is Jeopardy, but you may also know me as Syrinx or Eagle...or if you knew me from way back when I was still a partial n00b -pokes Cookies and Cream- Astronomy Addict is what you might also know me as. xD

Anywho, So...about me.

First off, I am sixteen years old and in my junior year. More importantly than that though, is the fact that I am a three limb amputee. I was in a lawn mower accident when I was four and ended up loosing the bottom half below the knees on both legs and the bottom half below my right elbow on my arm. However, do not judge me and I repeat do not judge me because of this. I get straight As (except for the B+s I generally get in AP classes) in school and I plan on getting at least a major and eventually a PH.D in astronomy (yes, I am still an astronomy addict xD) if not a double major in physics. University of Arizona, Tuscon is high on my list for colleges.

And one last note on that, if I joke/mention my amputations., go along with it! For Pete's Sake, I am use to making fun of myself and laughing and having fun about my legs and arms. Gosh, you should see my friends. xD One of them told me for our annual Pep Band softball game she's gonna take my leg off and use it as a bat. xD So seriously, don't leave me hanging. I know it will be hard to tell when I'm joking or when I'm serious, but when it comes to my prosthetics and something seems like it could be serious, it is ALWAYS joking if it is on the lines of a pity sound. I hate pity, so don't try giving me any of those, "Oh, I'm so sorry" crap. Alright? x]

Now onto another focus:

I live in Minnesota, and go to a school in a suburb of the Twin Cities. My favorite classes consist of science and math obviously, my least favorite being history/civics/social studies.

I LOVELOVELOVELOVELOVE country music! So if you're planning on making fun of it in front of me, good luck. xD

I am a band geek, per-say. I play the baritone and I am in my school's highest band. I am also in Pep Band, Marching Band (required) and will be joining Jazz Band this year. I will also be going to Italy on Spring Break for a band trip my school goes on every three years! Whooo!

I am also on my school Speech team (if you don't know what it is, look it up ~_^).

One last note. If you ever want to plot with me on anything with any of my character, please please please please let me know! I don't bite and I always do better getting my characters involved if they are involved in something other than just being 'in the background.'

Well hello!
Welcome to the gang, and by gang I mean crazy-psychotic-semi-mentally-disturbed-and-very-odd community of Velico.
Hope you find it well here.

I had a friend who was a three limb amputee. He was discharged from the army and I haven't seen him since, but he was probably the most fun guy to hang around. Always taking light on them ^^

-On another note, I ADORE ITALY. I've always wanted to go, but I've never actually been able to!

Oooh, cool! You live in MN. My best friend lives in Elk River, which is also a suburb of the Twin Cities, right? *flails* OMG another person who plays music. XD. I'm a rock n' roll person, but I pretty much am just happy to talk music at any time. >3

And JEALOUS, i want to go to Italy.... and eat pasta for all eternity. xD. *hungry right now (bet you couldnt tell!)*

That's cool Arsenic. I actually went to a camp this past summer for kid and teenage amputees from all over the United States and it was amazing! There were almost a hundred kids there, it was just... unbelievable how many kid amputees there are alone. The last night we were there...gosh, you should have seen the waterworks. I never had that hard of a life since my community and the kids I grew up with accept me for who I am, but some of the others...gosh, you should have heard them! Thew whole experience made me see how lucky I am to have such great friends. There was even a girl that lives 45 minutes from me and her life is the complete opposite...it was just a wonderful experience though, seeing what amputees can do. I mean, sure I can do a lot, but then again, I've never really considered myself an amputee in all realties. The camp made me embrace the fact a lot more. <3

Elk River? Sounds familiar, but I don't know where it is exactly.

And music is kick butt. I can't count in my head though as I play so some music I'm playing this year gets tough...especially with sixteenth notes on a very fast tempo. xD The only way I manage is I listen to the other instruments and mimic those with my part...hard to do this year when the baritone plays a lot of solo stuff. xD And since I am the only baritone this year....it's different. x]

Italy is going to be amazing -cough- _{not to mention the fact that I get to go to Jamaica and Germany this year as well} -cough- It'll be nice to eat some real italian... ^^

(haha, if you can't have fun with life, what can you do?)
