No New Posts moorclan camp

This clan of thick, low to the ground cats resides in the swampiest part of the moor. The fog is thick in the night and during the early morning making it very difficult to see beyond your whiskers. MoorClan cats have keen senses of smell and hearing, rather than vision, and are very well protected from any outside attack. They usually make dens in holes near rocks or in the roots of the various dead trees.

No New Posts → the tall grass

A long, river-like patch of tall weeds and grasses runs through the muddy moor. This is wonderful for hunting prey like birds who often hunt fish in the swamp and come back to enjoy their meal in peace. For MoorClan, this is the number one source of food.

No New Posts → the war tunnel

MoorClan has a secret... A hole on the west corner of their territory seems like just the ordinary hole until one climbs into it. Years ago, it seems, there was another group of animals who resided in these underground tunnels and expanded them. These holes have been further extended by MoorClan around the dryer edges of their territories. The tunnels do not usually extend into the swamp, but if you take a wrong turn you could be in terrible danger of drowning, or muddy cave-ins. Like ground hogs and rabbits use tunnels as escape routs, MoorClan does the same. These tunnels are a long kept secret that only warriors, leaders, deputies, and medicine cats are permitted to know of and use.

No New Posts → fishing hole

Although the outskirts of their territory is dry, the middle of the territory is muddy and usually mucky. In the very center, however, the mud turns to water and gets a little deeper. An underground spring keeps it alive and shallow water fish swim around here the most (although they also move around the shallow parts). An entire ecosystem of salamanders, birds, and fish can be seen, and eaten here.
